What Is It?
The Guaranteed Hospital Indemnity Shield, was designed for those who aren’t eligible for your typical Hospital Indemnity policy and pays cash benefits directly to you. This plan helps fill in the gaps for uncovered co-payments, deductibles and out-of-pocket expenses.
How It Works
3 to 12-day benefit period options are available with daily benefit amounts ranging from $100-$450 per day should you be hospitalized for a 24 hour period either as observation* or confinement. Available optional riders to further enhance your coverage are an Ambulance Rider benefit and an Outpatient Surgery Rider.
